BSE Realty index down over 3%
The BSE Realty index was lagging during Monday’s trade as the index was
trading down by over 3%. Indiabulls Real Estate was the top loser and
DLF was contributing most to the index losses with more than 27 points.
The BSE Realty index was trading at 2,125.13 level, down by 67.93 points or 3.10% as at 1221 hours on Monday. Indiabulls Real Estate was trading at Rs 233.70 per share, down by Rs 12.90 or 5.23%. DLF was down 4.48% at Rs 183.40 per share.
Among other realty majors, Housing Development and Infrastructure was trading down by 4.45% at Rs 61.25 per share, Prestige Estates Projects was down 2.22% at Rs 264, Godrej Properties was down 2.59% at Rs 580.80, Sobha Ltd. was down 0.89% at Rs 384.55 and The Phoenix Mills was trading down by 0.81% at Rs 515.50 per share. Whereas, Unitech and Omaxe were trading in the green territory.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was trading at 31,611.55 level, down by 280.68 points or 0.89%.
