Share Bazar :- A Share Bazar, equity market or share market is the aggregation of buyers and sellers (a loose network of economic transactions, not a physical facility or discrete entity) of stocks (also called shares), which represent ownership claims on businesses; these may include securities listed on a public stock exchange as as well as those only traded privately. Examples of the latter include shares of private companies which are sold to investors through equity crowdfunding platforms. Stock exchanges list shares of common equity as well as other security types, e.g. corporate bonds and convertible bonds.

Nifty and Sensex fall sharp owing to decline in Pharma Sector. Nifty Pharma loses by 4%, dragged down by Lupin which declined by 17%. 　　 At 2:00 PM, the S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 33,468, down by 262 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 10,376down by 75 points. The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading down by 1.33% at 16,565.68 whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading down by 1.21% at 17,694.32. Opening Bell - Markets open higher; Eicher Motors top Nifty gainer

At 9:15 AM, the BSE Sensex opened higher by 32 points at 31,694, while the Nifty50 opened higher by 28 points at 9,958 mark.   Eicher Motors is top Nifty gainer trading at Rs 33,271.65 per share, up by 1.25% and Tata Power is top Nifty loser trading at Rs 77.05 per share, down by 0.39%. There are 957 advances, 424 declines and 459 unchanged stocks on NSE reflecting mixed sentiments floating in the market.   On the broader markets, BSE Mid-cap index is trading at 15,846 level, up by 0.15% while BSE Small-cap index is trading at 16,384 level, up by 0.28%.   The rupee opened at 63.88 per USD. The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite index ended at 6,398, up by 5 points, whereas the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 23 points to close at 21,785 and the S&P ended flat with a negative bias.   A majority of the Asian stock indices were trading in the positive territory in early trade on Friday. Opening Bell – Markets open flat

At 09:15 AM, Nifty opened at 9,888 level, up 4 points while Sensex opened at 31,649 level, up by 3 points. Wipro was top Nifty gainer trading at Rs 295.05 per share, up by 1.32% while NTPC was top Nifty loser trading at Rs 164.35 per share, down by 2.14%. There were 882 advances, 457 declines and 484 unchanged stocks on NSE reflecting positive undertone floating in the market. On the broader markets, BSE Mid-cap index was trading at 15,501 level, down 0.03% while BSE Small-cap index was trading at 15,904 level, up by 0.23%. Nifty finds strong support around 9,800 while 9,940 will act as resistance on the upside. The rupee opened at 64.03 per USD.   The US stock market indices ended higher on Wednesday, following the release of some upbeat US economic data, including a report showing a jump in private sector employment.
